Hot times at two tracks! The first day was so hot Mr. Wakae passed out from heat exhaustion. But we had some very fast racing, including the first-ever IUF 700c events after dark. The second day was at the 1964 Olympic Stadium, with a marching band and big opening ceremony to start off the day.
